I would say that usually I could watch a movie, or news story etc, and nothing really bothered me. Now I find myself almost obsessively watching Pink Floyd's The Wall and reading the news headlines, looking for stories of misery. I find myself relating to aspects of these stories differently to how I used to. I hope this is just a passing stage.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Anyone catch "Across the Universe?" I am a huge fan of the Beatles so I had to watch it. I felt that many of the songs were very well done, the storyline was weak and there were some trippy parts. They almost tried too hard to make it seem Tommy (the Who) or Sgt. Peppers'esque. I did enjoy it all in all. If you see it, don't hesitate to light up a J before hand.

Most recent movie I saw that I took to was Reign Over Me with Adam Sandler. I am not a big Adam Sandler movie nor have I ever seen him in a role like this, but he ws real good.
I always cry at Brians Song. :)
