I've been on meds for 3 weeks now and feel fine, so often i see people posting that they're not doing well and thinking i should still feel bad too. But i don't.
Now i'm thinking this was all in my head and did i need the meds at all... i know they are working and thats why i feel good but i just keep thinking 'do i really need them?' i know i need them, but really i'm ok now.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It's great that you are feeling okay.
Tell your therapist of your concerns so that they can advise you in what's best for your situation.
Have a look back and see if anything has occourred recently to boost you. You may have just come out of a 'downer' naturally. I agree with osteoron - speak to your doc if you have any concerns.
But first & foremost; enojy feeling goooooooooooooood!!
