I have decided to detox my body naturally within the next coming days. I believe a healthy body helps lead to a healthy mind. I have read dozens of times that it is good to start with a 24 hour fast. I am a little hesitant about that but am willing to try it. After that I will be focusing on eating healthy (fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains) and exercising along with meditation. Has anyone detoxed their body with a positive outcome for their mind? If so do you have any tips?
