was wondering if anyone can help me. i have had depression since i was 13 but not diagnosed until i was in my early 20,s. have been treated on and off over the yrs for this but have never some how felt quite right in myself. have been on many different kinds of medication and have had 6 suicide attempts the 1st being when i was 13. however last night i came across a site that explained about bipolar and i think that i have misdiagnosed for all these yrs.
is there anyone out there that can relate to what im saying or help me figure out which ailment it is i have as im confused now.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
