Has anyone ever tried a depression support group that is a face to face one, not internet? I wonder if they help because my medication doesn\'t work much anymore, there are no other medication alternatives and going to a psychologist will cost even more money than I\'m already paying for the meds and the inept psychiatrist I\'m seeing. I\'ve been through 4 or 5 psychiatrists and as many psychologists, and I know they didn\'t graduate at the top of their classes.
