I need some stories of hope. I have severe depression and got laid off from my job of 5 years. Then I got another job and quit after 2 months because the depression defeated me...I just couldn't function or perform at work. I'd love to hear of some success stories from those who have been severely depressed (chemical imbalance, not situational depression) and were able to beat the depression and go back to work and succeed despite their depression. Thanks all...just looking for some hope!
