well ive always suffered from it but i didnt know what until i was diagnosed with hyperventilation. i had a major panic attack and then i found i had anxiety problems and depression. well i had a baby and i feel "spaced out" what can i do? i dont see any docs but i cant leave house because of baby constantly being fed. i do need help in this anxcious feeling. it makes me sick
