I've just found out a very good friend of mine is seriously depressed and I have no idea how to help her. You'd think I'd know since I've been depressed for like a hundred years but I haven't a clue! Does anyone know what I could say or do to help? Is there anything that someone has done for you that has really helped? Also she is anorexic, which she says is a recent development, and I have no experience with that. She's 5'3" and weighs 6st 8lbs (90lbs) and still says that she sees fat when she looks in the mirror and just can't stand to look at herself, and she is so gorgeous. I'm not even just saying that because she's my friend, she really is a hottie! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance xxx

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
