im sitting her with a knife up against my chest -- i dont care anymore -- im so tired of being here and getting crap from people but this or that, dont know how to handle the constant running commentary in my head - and all of it is negative -- cant stand the dark morbid dreams anymore...so tired of crying for several hours at nite and not being able to control my emotions or my actions when i am this way...scared and tired of all the times i vomit - i dont even really et anymore cuz of it....i feel alone, so very alone...i kno im still quite young but i feel old, broken-down and tired...I feel like im 80 yrs old!!! Im sick of getting used and then dumped...maybe i deserved to be dumped, like a piece of garbage...and thats what my body will be once im thru w/ it!!!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
that you have are going through now. I have even considered going to the emergency room I felt so bad at times. Perhaps you should consider this option. My therapist told me that moods and feelings. change. When I am in really depressed mood I always tell myself my life and mood will improve. I wrote myself a note and read it when I feel that life is impossible. It reads "As hard as it is to believe right now you do have choices and options. Things have to get better. Believe life will get better for you. Hope this helps you.
