I had wanted to ask. Why do we see light the end of everyones tunnels but our own. I give excellent advice and can see the bright side on everyones behalf by own. Until the last few years I was everyone's bestfriend. The friend who helped, who saved everyone and could endure and keep secrets. Now I am alone and noone is there.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

sometimes it's easier to see the forest when you are not so close to the trees.
sometimes it's easy to know what the right thing is to do, and not so easy to actually do it.
sometimes we give and give and give and then we expect others to give as freely and selflessly as we do. Then your well of giving runs low and you find out who your real friends are. Painful. I'm there too.
