Today I told to one person here two of my darkest sicrets, or if you want my worst fears. I feel better.
1. I will be never ever able fully support myself-- always relying on my parents' and my hubby's help, even if I work.
2. I am bad mom-- since I often feel, I do not like to be with my daughter beyond giving her basic necessities, even if actually do spend time wit her-- my hubby is much better parent than me.
So you could do the same things. Seriously, try to get out what you afraid of... It feels better.
