"Recently, the New York Times reported that airplanes flying at low level altitudes emit electrical impulses that affect, for the worse, the mental health of susceptable individuals. Passengers and crew members, who are reportedly at greater risk because of their close proximity to these impulses, have been struggling to fight depression and stay alive. In conjunction with this, these electrical anomolies are believed to cause general mental confusion, for passengers, crew, and people on the ground within range of these electromaganetic impulses. Has anyone else heard of this?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
