I just googled it for you. If you google the name alot comes up for it. I see that it is a milder form of bipolar type 2. It is a mood disorder. It has fewer periods of hypomania and dysthymia. If you were just dx with it then talk to your doc about it or google to get more info so you understand the ins and outs of it. How do you feel with it?

I'm not sure If i have it. I was diagnosed with BPII, but sypmtoms congruent with that disorder only appeared after taking an anti-depressant, before that my ups and downs weren't as severe as they are now. I've read that sometimes the AD's worsen the cycles. Thanks for your time and concern.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
