a few towns across America arent going to do their usual fire work shows. including where i live. due to cut backs in funds, its either an actual program like the fire department or high way patrol, or fire works. i understand the rationality in their decision. but this upsets me. i dont think it should be legal. i dislike the fire works cause i dont like the sudden noise, and so many people take it to far. (2:30 in the morning here, and theyre still setting them off.) but, i dont want the holiday to be ignored and forgotten. i would of paid an extra 10 dollars just to know that the city would of at least tried... theyre not doing anything now.
