I don't know where to start or even where I should really be posting this, everything sucks right now, I'm down right miserable can feel that I am going to start cutting again and can't shake the constant anxiety.
I fell out with my sister over the phone and she was such a cow she had me in tears, my bf's sister isn't speaking to me because I shouted at her to shut up when she had my bf in tears.
I'm so sick of self involved spoilt brats who seem to even without knowing it constantly kick you when your down.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Self-involved people exist, its sad but it is true.
If cutting is all that you have now to deal with the anxiety, so be it. It will pass.
If they want to behave like spoiled little brats then let them, you're not responsible for their behaviour and obviously they lack the maturity to be able to hold a rational adult conversation and treat their loved ones with respect.
Have you tried the rubber band method? I'm not a cutter myself but I have heard from others who cut that this can be quite effective and less harmful.
Till Tomorrow,
