Hi all, not posted much, mainly as I only get onto a computer a couple of days a week. Feeling very lonely at the moment, miss a lot of people in my life, and Christmas is looming ever nearer. I get the feeling this one is going to be awful,I lost my Grandfather at Christmas time, and he meant the world to me. Lots of guilt issues that rear their head at that time of year, even if more than 20 years have passed since he died. I used to throw myself into Xmas to block out the pain, but that wont be easy this year as I will almost certainly be alone.
If I am honest I am scared that it might tip me over again.

Everyone else seems so happy but i feel like i have to hide my sadness, i dont want to spoil it for everyone else after all.
How do you other guys deal with it?
My brother is usually alone for the Holidays, so what he does is he invites his "orphan" friends over and everyone brings something to eat and they are all together for food, games and wine (of course). Maybe this will help...
