For all you NEW lovers of Copsylou, its me she is talking about. I have knoen Copsy for a few months now from here and yes she HAS let me down but actually all of YOU have let her down. Dont you realise that Copsy has an alcohol dependancy problem and yet here you all are encouraging her to drink?? Oh yeh...her thread was great fun....isnt it great to watch people with alcohol problems laugh and have fun when they are drunk. But was Copsy actually laughing? Or was she on the phone crying to me instead. Copsy has made several promises to me that she will curb her drinking, in this past week she has been pissed every night...and driving her car when she was still drunk....are you all still laughing? How is she going to go to a works disciplinary tomorrow morning, she has to drive a few hundred miles home first and then attend a hearing....what state is that to be in. Slate me all you want....but its REAL friends who know how to behave and support eachother...not people who come on here stating if people are REAL friends they will understand her depression. People shouldnt make comments on things they know nothing about...and dare ANYONE say I havent been supportive of Copsy!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I know the signs of alcoholics, my 27 yo son is & theres nothing i can do for him or copsy until they admit & realize this on their own. I almost had my son realize it when he called me from jail couple yrs ago for DUI. I asked him if he now knows he has a prob & he said yes. After he was sobered up he says he can handle it. Well, mommy didnt run to the jail to bail him out. I told him it was all up to him but if & when hes ready for rehab, i would do all i can for him. THATS TOUGH LOVE!!!!!
it hurt me but its what i had to do.
I hope copsy knows i will be there for her too, whenever she needs but im not a drinker & ill share a glass of plain ole water w her.
