I have been suffering from clinical depression for a number of years. And I still haven't found any strategies that limit the amount of time I spend depressed. I recently tried journaling and that didn't work, it just seems to make me more depressed. When I get really upset and depressed I do breathing excercises. But other than that I don't know what to do. I try listening to music, but I want to listen to sad music when I am depressed and that doesn't work out too well. Please if anyone has any coping strategies please let me know. Thank you in advance
