I have had the same HMO for almost 20 years. It is like this security blanket or something. I totally know my way around and how to get my needs met. I am curious about others experiences changing insurance companies. Are your doctors pretty willing to refill the prescriptions you have been on and that have been working? Do you get a referral to a psychiatrist pretty easily? Does the psychiatrist pretty much stick to whatever plan is working? I am just nervous about the possibility of changing plans here in the future and just fearing having to battle to keep my muscle relaxers and having to explain WHY I shoule be seen by a psychiatrist etc. etc.
