I broke up with my boyfriend last night.
It was hard, because we both still love each other and will mean I will have to make some big changes to my life.
But I wanted to tell you all because I think too many people are scared of change. Too many people cling to the familiar when sometimes it is these things which are making us depressed.
If you can, be brave. See what in your life is making you unhappy and change it. After all if your really at rock bottom.... the only way to go is up.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Are you sure it was the changes and not how you reacted to them? Not that I'm saying its your fault but that differant people react differently to events.
There are some changes beyond our control, that is the hardest bit of all.
