Just got back, I had 2 go 2 the job centre 2 sign on cause I cant find a job so have 2 have job seekers allowance till I can get a job was my 1st time going outside since last Thursday was not looking forward 2 going out but had no choice I felt really panicky and was going short of breath and my hands were getting sweaty and I hadnt even left the house when I got 2 the job centre I was finding it hard 2 breathe I wish I hadnt gone there the person who I saw 2 sign in could see there was something wrong with me and as some of u know I find it difficult 2 tell people how I am feeling I just said there nothing wrong she then said have u had an argument with ur parents at this point I felt just walking out cause I didnt like that she was asking me question like that im feeling so fed up now im just glad I dont have 2 go back there till another 2 weeks now im still finding it difficult 2 talk about this but I had 2 get it off my chest b4 I left she said make sure ur happy next time : ( maybe I should have faked how I felt and just been happy but I felt 2 down and panicky 2 think about wat 2 say 2 her and my head so messed up so it didnt I didnt like the way she was looking at me either.
As I was walking home I had this girl make the usual comments that most girls say about me it made me panic more and I had my 1st panic attack in a long time im just so glad im home now.

Hey im so proud of you for going at least. Thats such a good step in the right direction. I can understand how you would be panicky since it'd been so long that you left the house. But you DID IT! Congrats to you. This women, wow, I cant believe she was asking about your personal life like that. Im sure she was only trying to help. Next time maybe just say that you did have a fight with your folks? At least you dont have to go into telling her about your depression. As for the girl in the street saying nasty comments to you as you were walking home? Well forget her. She clearly has issues of her own if she would do that to you.

Are you sure that depression & OCD is the correct diagnosis for you? Have you seen a psychiatrist?
