I am experiencing some weird muscle soreness I never have before. I somewhat think its due to tension from stress and anxiety and depression. But I am not sure so I thought I would ask the people that know my pain the most!! I noticed about 4 or 5 days ago that my calfs were very sore. I like I have worked out really hard and the next day they are sore and it hurts to walk. But I had not worked out or done anything to cause them to be sore. So I did not think much of it. Then i noticed that the muscles in my arms are sore to. And its been at least 4 or 5 day. Soreness from working out only last a day or 2. I have ever had this happen for no reason. My dad said I am probably unconsciously flexing my muscles from tension therefor making them sore all the time. This may very well be but I was wondering if anyone else had ever done this? I also have been nauseous for 2 weeks and have had a horrible headache that will not go away. I attributed the nausea and headache to anxiety but now I am wondering if maybe something more serious is going on.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
