In my discussion on suffering I forgot to mention Buddhism.It is a wonderful which will help you to start thinking about life and its meaning.Pick up any book on Buddhism and you will be amazed at how much it will help you.It is only one philosophy of life.There are many others which can also help alleviate suffering.Your will stretch your mind and start to think,really think about what it means to be alive.It takes time and does not happen overnight but it is well worth the effort.I continue to take antidepressants,tranquilizers and see the a therapist so you know I suffer but I am trying to develop an attitude toward suffering which I can live with.
