Setting emotional boundaries is much harder to control, hence my reason for speaking out this morning. I wasn't just referring to over-involving oneself with another's problems either. I was also referring to becoming too emotionally attached to someone of the opposite sex, when the desired goal is unreachable. To a person in a depressed state, that realization is devastating.
