Ok, apparently it's WAY past time for Botox for me! Yesterday I went to a social activity club to pick up a peer I'm working with. Within 15 minutes of my arriving there, two different people asked the guy I was meeting there if I am his mother. His mother! I'm 44 and the guy is 37! Then today when I stopped at McDonald's, my bill was lower than I thought it should be. I asked the cashier if she's sure she rung up all the items. She said, "Yes, ma'am. But the senior sodas are only 52 cents." AARGH!!! I should be used to it by now. I had my first child when I was 23 and even back then I looked old. One day when she was about 3, I took her for a walk in her stroller. Some lady came up to my daughter and asked her, "Is Grandma taking you for a walk?" Um, hello...I was only 26 at the time! Another time, when I was about 33 and my husband was 31, his friend's parents (who I had just met that day) asked my husband, "Is this your mother?" ~Sigh~ Feeling really old this week. Well, anyway, my co-workers got a good chuckle out of it all. I did too, but only for a few minutes.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
