I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. DON'T GET DRUNK OFF BENADRIL!
...plus it tastes icky.
I would instead go to your dr. to get a prescription for what you need.
I don't want to condone it, but I have done it. I can't do it two nights in a row because it loses its effect on night two
I have done it maybe once or twice a year
If you need something like that, perhaps you should let your therapist doctor know, so you can be prescribed something in a safe manner, it's probably no good for you on a regular basis, in fact I am sure it is not
WebMD, an online medical site can maybe tell you, and too much can have an opposite effect and make you agitated
Benedryl is Diphenhydramine, and from the dose you said you took, that is considered recreational use, it's very dangerous if used that way. It is used for sleep in alot of other drugs OTC like unisom and tylonol pm. An overdose can cause coma, heart attack and the big d, I would consider trying something else. Be safe above all.
So, I don't have too much info about this drug off the top of my head, but I do know a little bit about drugs that cross the blood-brain barrier and also those that impact the CNS functions. This drug isn't classified as being highly addictive but trust me don't overdo it with this or any drug.
(I'm currently a neuroscience major and have taken my fair share of neural physiology and chem classes, so I promise I'm not just giving you a line of crap! Seriously, though, talk to a doc about the dosage you've been taking to get a truly useful opinion.)
