I just asked my girl if she would ever hit me again (almost 2 mths)
Her reply was if i ever got really depressed, really low and started talking about stupid shit, she would surely hit me again"..........
I am thinking this is bad... she has done it twice.
*tears welling* and emabarassed

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I don't have advice for the depression, but you shouldn't feel embarassed this does happen...its just not often reported
if you feel you are in an abusive relationship...it would be best for you in the long run to leave early
I'm sorry
And she may have a seperate anger issue besides...
for sure, even if her hitting is because of depression, that in itself is a seperate issue she needs to find a way to get under control, or she shoulnd't be having a relationship with anyone.
You should definately NOT be embarassed about her hitting you. It's abuse! It's wrong!
It's bad enough to deal with depression and have to deal with being hit also. That might be adding to your depression definately! It's been my experience that abusers do not change. I'd get out of the situation. jmo
Not too long ago, I hit a friend of mine, which was not right to do. However, I was online with a suicidal friend from DS at the time, and I could not exactly just say, could you hold on a minute while I tell my friend to soak his head???
He WOULD NOT leave me alone, so I finally let him have it.
