In the past few months I have done alot of "soul" searching as to the negative people in my life. Most just add to my depression and anxiety. I have chosen to cut these people out of my life - for my own sanity. My problem is that now, I have no-one left. My ex hubby and my parents, but everyone else just causes stress. I don't go out (agoraphobic) so can't meet new people. What now??? Should I still have contact with those from my past, even though they only make me feel worse, guilty, angry or sad??? Does anyone else have the same problem - and if so, how do you deal with these mixed emotions??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
