Recently at the neurologist, my dr asked me if I was depressed. it shows that much I thought? Anyway I can not take any of the meds that are out there for depression so I"m kinda stuck just going through it. The dr. explained that people wwho suffer with depression have low normal iron levels and do not metabolize folic acid the way a regular joe does. So she recommended I try deplin to see if it helps me out. It is a folate that is absorbed faster into the system and helps with depression. if anyone has any experience with this please let me know. I am starting it today .
