Mr. Depression reared his ugly head big time about 3 months ago and my doc's doubled my meds (Effexor). I asked him about a full spectrum light box and he said he's had a couple of patients who feel it improved their situation. At this point I'm in such a bad way (been off work since Jan 15) that I'm willing to try anything. Only thing these boxes aren't cheap, and even though I'm worth the money to myself, I still would hate to totally waste my $$$$. Has anyone tried a light box? Any success? Any non-success?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
