I feel tired alot, and lately when i talk to people, i lose concentration and focus when im listening to them. I have hard time focusing in class and when watching tv. I feel like i dont pay attention to a lot of things that are going on. i have been having some trouble with forgetfulness and memory as well. the other day i took the bus, and i lost my hat, and i have no idea when or where i lost it. this has happened a few times before, where i lose things. anyone experience this, and what do you do to help focus?
