Hi, I was just wondering if anyone in here has managed to beat/control depression without the use of meds. I have been depressed for the last 15-20 years the last 5 or so severely and have never taken meds or had the will power to commit enough to other therapies. If I was advising myself I would be telling myself to take the meds but I know I wont, so I am interested in other strategies people have tried that have worked. I feel like I might (maybe) be ready to beat this thing. Thanks.
