Every morning I wake up at least a couple of hours before the alarm goes off and I then lay awake having anxiety attacks. These are very physical things that leave me hot and sweaty. They usually involve some worry or dread about work. Sometimes it's things that are quite trivial, like the house being a mess and me not being able to keep on top of it. I have been to the doctors about this 3 times now and he's prescribed me something dofferent each time. Nothing he's given me has worked and in fact the last pills made it worse. I didn't sleep at all.
Now I'm taking nothing but getting about 4 hours a night. Not really enough but better than nothing

I'm on 30mg Mirtazapine, and since my dose has upped a month ago, my anxiety attacks have stopped... however I may have more yet, but, if you haven't tried that maybe suggest it to your doctor.

Maybe talking to a therapist about your anxiety attacks could help? You could see if they could give you management techniques.

It was actually an accident but they tested my thyroid and that has helped with the AM anxiety and sweats. Hasn't helped the anxiety the rest of the time but it made an immediate difference in for this particular situation

I think you need a month on diazepam, give yourself some time out to see a therapist. Only my opinion tho' xx

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
