I just want to thank everybody who responded. I am totally new to this. I signed up awhile ago when my Mom died, but never followed through in writing anything down or asking advice. I feel if I can't fix it no one can, which is wrong. A therapist is I know the way to go, but I'm afraid to make that 1st step. I know this is the only solution plus to take my celexa daily and not when I feel like it. It just stinks to talk to strangers face to face and admit that I cannot handle life. Thank you all so much for your support, I don't know you but right now I just want to cry because you responded to me and you don't even know me. Thank you so much.
