Feeling so overwhelmed today with everything. I'm getting angry over the smallest of things and I'm getting irritated with it all. Even the dogs whining are really grating on me. To top it off, the kitchen has been left an absolute state and because I have a damaged back, I can't put the oven or the washing machine back which has been left out since yesterday. Everywhere feels dirty and I just want to clean but I can't. The dog food has been left out so it smells, just the nature of the food we get for them and I hate the smell because it permeates everywhere. The cat litter smells, which I also can't lift and clean properly. Just can't cope with it all being so smelly and dirty. I dont like to live like this.
My normal Monday kickboxing class is cancelled this month. I get a good leg workout from it.So last night I did a leg workout on the cable tower to stay in shape. I attached the stirrups to my feet. Hooked the inner ring to the cable and did side lunges, step back then do sidekicks. Switched to the ring at top of my foot and did mule kicks. Did 4 sets of 12 reps.Then I tried to do pistol squats....
What do you put in your chicken salad?I uesed to just put diced chicken, diced onion, salt, pepper and mayo but now onion bothers me so I started putting diced apple in it instead and surprisingly it's really good. I would put raisins too if I could eat them, :-( it's so hard when you are on a limited diet but I always find a way to enjoy the things I like
