Absolutely non-sedating, and effects can be felt within 40 minutes of ingestion. Anxiety and worry are eliminated, mood is considerably elevated, and (as has been proven in clinical studies) concentration, memory, and learning ability are all greatly enhanced!! Needless to say, I very highly recommend this amino acid supplement; even if only taken on an as-needed basis it is extremely effective.
