hey im with you on that one, this is a really depressing sight i sometimes wonder if its really helping me or holding me back with all the horrible stuff i hear on it

No honey and that's a very amiable quality to have but sometimes the best thing you can do is simply acknowledge that you're listening to them, even if you can't always find the words to help. So no, you're not the only one :)

I always try to read my friends' journals as ssoon as I can, but sometimes I just haven't got the willpower to read the posts on the boardsto read about people in pain and can't think of what to say to help them kind of saps my strength. :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
