I'm a little confused...I have been told my contact with psychiatric services is being reduced, and I may be refused outpatient appointments in future...huh? I must have done something seriously wrong...obviously my self harm, depression and mood swings are giving out some sort of reverse message...there must be something I'm doing or saying that makes them think "this girl does not need our support...in fact she needs the opposite, she has to go it alone". Maybe I am an attention seeker...that would correlate with what they have said to me. Dont have the energy to disagree with them anymore. I should just go along with it. They told me my trips to A&E are inappropriate. So apparently being suicidal is inappropriate. Fine. Maybe next time I'll take the overdose FIRST, will that be an appropriate use of hospital services? Grr...
