Ok so I realize that being sleepy CONSTANTLY but it has been affecting my lifestyle. Even when its nice out I sleep. Whereas usually previously if it was nice out my depression would subside and I would go out and enjoy the day. It seems as though as I get older the depression is getting worse! No matter how much sleep I get I always feel absolutely exhausted and worn out with no energy! I am so confused I was told that depression gets better as you mature? So confused and upset. Any advice on how to not be so sleepy?
