hey my names ryan, im currently 2nd year at university and live in a house with 7 other lads. Like everybody else it seems at uni theyr all loud and confident etc i cant help but compare myself to them all the time. I have absolutley no self esteem and always think what other people think of me and what i do. I am a recovering depressant too, i just sometimes cant seem to enjoy life and while im always in a crowd and going to clubs etc i just feel distant from everyone around me. I know what i need to do, i need to think positivly and hold myself and my opinions/ actions in high regard.... its just really difficult. Can anyone else relate? or got any advice?
