I discovered that I have black and white thinking which causes a lot of bad days and depression for me. For example today my day started off bad, so I decided to make it extra worse on purpose and not even try to fix it because it's already bad anyways, so I might as well make it worse
My 41 year old son has been homeless since Hubby stopped cleaning up his messes last Fall. He has, of course, continued bullying his father for financial support for the entire time since, but I have been proud of how well Hubby has stood his ground.
