I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
my daughter isn't on anything anymore. I said we did a brief trial of it, but we actually did two brief trials on it about a year apart. She just didn't feel like herself on it, and I had reservations about her becoming dependent on a controlled substance. We talked it over and she decided she would rather work through her attentional issues than feel so detached from herself. There are definitely people who say it is great, it just wasn't for her. Several different doctors said it really is the medication of choice these days--particularly the XR variety. In the end, though, I decided that I would rather have my sweet and happy daughter with her "quirky" learning style than to have a miserable whiz kid.
the tired feeling did go away btw. my plan today was to go on a photo safari..
