Hey just wanted to hear some stories about how you accepted your depression. I know i am depressed, but i find i fight it alot! and my therapist suggested that i stop fighting it and accept the fact that i am depressed, and that it is okay to feel bad, that i shouldnt feel guilty for it......nor should i feel guilty if i feel good. what are some of your stories?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
you just have to know why you fight it, and then tackle that.

Too full at times, I'm a recovering alcoholic too, 12 year dry, that helped a lot when I gave that up. Nothing much I can do, just live to help others like me.
