Well here goes, I was a cutter and cut all the time but as the years went by I turned into not eating instead of cutting. Plainly just wanting to die not wanting to feel this way ever again. Am 6.1 and im under 10 stone and dropping by the day. Im trying my hardest to deal with it but every time I look at food I dont feel hungry so I dont eat it.

im sorry i can't give you proper advice as i eat quite well myself, all i can say is that if you can eat a little of something you really fancy about 3 or 4 times a day, that might help. sorry i can't be more help

Eat! Eat! Eat! I love you and want you to be healthy! :( Go to a therapist and talk to someone...please! For me if not for yourself....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
