Has anyone worked a weird shift? That being anything other than straight days. I work a rotating or swing shift. My time at work is in 12 hour blocks. I'll work days one week and then nights the next. It has played hell with my depression in the past. I'm currently in between shifts as I finished three nights this morning. I have tomorrow to readjust and go back on Monday. Oops it's already Sunday. Does anyone understand how this can be stressful?
