I have been talking with this wonderful, caring woman for about a month now, and have celebrated with her and her fiance the birth of their twins only a few weeks ago. Just a couple of days ago, Emma accidently overdosed on her medications, resulting in hospitalization. She was released yesterday and came home. Today I received this email from her fiance:
"Emma came home and seemed as though she was fine. The doctor told her to keep off her feet for a while. She was fine for a while, then this morning, she wouldn't wake up. She is in a coma. The doctor's are not sure if she is going to make it or not. The family is having a hard time accepting this. I just got back from the hospital, the doctor told me to come home and get some rest since I was with Emma all day. She did not open her eyes once. But that's what happens when someone is in a coma I guess. She overdosed, she wanted to be happy she told me, so she took more pills then what she was suppossed to, but she said that she took all those pills, cause she wanted to be happy and for her kids to not be like be her, but she wanted to be normal. She is a good wife, a good mother, a good person. That's why she did what she did, she explained to me. Her intention was not to kill herself. I just miss her so much right now."
Please, please pray for her - this world needs more people like her.
Thank you - Amy

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
what the heck is good vibes ... I say the weirdest things sometimes. :)
