Yes I was diagnosed with it last month. Denial is part of it. Google it and do some research and you may understand it better.

I have too, we don't even realise it sometimes. Fortunately, with the right help and a little effort you will put into a place where you can manage it and eventually come out of it. I have had it 3 times now. Ok, I'm nuts, but I was that before the PTSD's. I hope you get good help.

In the last month or so i'm realizing more and more that i suffer from it, and i hate it.I tried to push my past out of my mind, but now it's coming back to haunt me and it's very scary. I get really depressed,suicidal when i think about it!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
