Just a little curious. I had a sleep study done last week and went in yesterday to get my results. I told the dr that I know part of the reason I am sleepy and tired a lot is due to my depression. He told me that people with Major depression are the opposite , usually that can't sleep. That is all I want to do when I am depressed. I know Bipolar people have problems with insomnia but I would think depressed people would be the opposite. What is your experience??
