My depression isnt getting better and i told my dad about it and he isnt doing anything. All he is doing is calling me once a week seeing how im doing. When he calls of course i lie to him saying everything is all good but yea its really not getting any better.

honesty with yourself and those who care about you , as well as those treating you is VERY important.

It's never good to hide what you're really feeling, especially if it's from someone who cares about you enough to give you a call just to know how you're doing. That means they ARE willing to help you. Sometimes you have to tell them HOW to help you.

agree about the honesty, it can be harder than hell at times though. that was a tough one for me, still is sometimes.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
