I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Males tend to be "the fixer" in the psychological sense. If there's a problem, the males goes into "fix it" mode, but in cases like your rape (and I apologise if I get details wrong cos I don't know the specifics) it's not something that he can fix and unfortunately it's quite common for frustrated ppl to lash out at those who are closest to them, but the frustration is not necessarily aimed at the person they are lashing out at although it may appear that way.
Food for thought maybe.....
